Richard Taylor was a British animator. In the 1950s, he worked on many productions for the London-based W.M. Larkins Studio, including Peter Sachs's Balance 1950 (1951), River of Steel (1951), Without Fear (1953), and Shippam’s Guide to the Opera (1955). Taylor left Larkins Studio in 1965 and launched Richard Taylor Cartoons.
