Maibritt Saerens (born May 25, 1970, in Silkeborg) is a Danish actress. Trained at the acting school of the Aarhus Theatre (Aarhus Teater), graduating in 1999, she began her career on stage before gaining public recognition on television in the series Krøniken (2004–2007). In cinema, she has appeared in films such as Take the Trash (Blå mænd, 2008), the Norwegian film Happy, Happy (Sykt lykkelig, 2010), The Talent Thief (Talenttyven, 2012), and Swinger (2016). On television, she has taken part in numerous Scandinavian and international series, including The Killing (Forbrydelsen, 2007), 2900 Happiness (2007–2009), The Heavy Water War (Kampen om det tunge vand, 2015), Follow the Money (Bedrag, 2016), and The Sommerdahl Murders (Sommerdahl, 2022–2023).
