One of the greatest interior designers in the history of Egyptian cinema, he was born in El-Mahalla El-Kubra in 1942. He began working in the field at the age of twenty-two, in the movie Life is Good in 1964. He had a strong friendship with the director (Shadi Abdel Salam) since he was teaching him at the Film Institute, and he owes him much of what he reached. From their work is The Mummy, which was presented in 1975 and is considered by many to be the most complete and surprising Egyptian film from a visual point of view. From his work: A Song on the Passage and Silence Sons. He passed away in Cairo on Thursday, March 3, 2011.
