He was born on January 27, 1974 in Nezhin (Ukraine). He graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema (directing, workshop of A.S. Grigoryan; 1998). In 1994-99 - artist of the State Russian Drama Theater named after Stanislavskogo (Yerevan). From 2002 to 2009, he worked at the Vera Children's Theater (МУК ТЮЗ Детский театр "Вера") in Nizhny Novgorod.
