Md. Borhanul Ashekin, widely known as Borhan Khan, is a Bangladeshi filmmaker, Producer, author, and entrepreneur associated with the country's media sector. Known for his focus on socially conscious and life-oriented storytelling, he has established a strong creative presence across television dramas, short films, documentaries, and commercials. As a producer and director, Khan has backed and helmed various television dramas and short films that tackle real-life issues. His notable short film Blind Road earned widespread critical recognition and was featured in international film festival circuits, including an official selection at the Arlington International Film Festival. For his work on the film, he was honored with the Best Short Film Director award at the 19th AJFB Star Awards. Beyond his creative pursuits in film and television, Khan is a textile entrepreneur with extensive experience in international garment exports. He is also an accomplished author who published his acclaimed poetry collection, Sobuj Prem (Green Love), at the 2019 Amar Ekushey Book Fair. Among his other notable published works are the action thriller novel Operation Dark Light and the book Sishur Dekha 71 (Baby's 71). Additionally, he actively engages in social causes and community welfare, gaining widespread recognition for leading the nationwide COVID-19 awareness project Pashe Achi (I Am By Your Side).
