Dominique Jean

Dominique Jean is a filmmaker, photographer, and community Social Worker who lives a very busy life in St. John's, NL with his wife and their two children. Self taught and directed, his passion to get behind the lens has pushed Dom to find ways to incorporate film in his life and career. Dom has created a number of short film projects for non profit organizations and small businesses in the St. John's region and has made a name for himself in this setting. Creatively Dom is excited by short documentaries and narratives that bring the human experience to life while ensuring the emotional safety of his subjects. Known for his keen eye, story development and dedication to the shot list, Dom is an up and comer to watch for. Dom is currently in development on 2 film projects and has just finished production on his first collaborative short documentary, September 7, 2012.
