Flamecutting

This film from 1954 instructs the viewer on cutting steel and iron plates. A teacher and a student demonstrate the process of preparing the plates, adjusting the pressure of the tanks of oxygen and acetylene used in the blowpipe cutting tool, meeting safety standards, and how to properly cut different shapes in the metal. The film is produced by Linde Air Products Company, as a Division of Union Carbide and Carbon Corporation (UCC).
