Perman: The Birdman Has Arrived!!

Mitsuo Suwa is an elementary school student who is not good at studying or sports. Together with his partner, the chimpanzee Perman No. 2 , Perman No. 1 must face various villains and accidents. Then, in front of them, Mitsuo's classmate Michiko is kidnapped!
